Clara Rose

Clara Rose (she/they/we), is a transformational and embodiment coach, energy worker, and bridge between the realms. Her niche areas are focused on present relationship challenges both internally and externally, family of origin, ancestral/lineage healing, reconnection to the body and emotional awareness, and transpersonal experiences that require a knowledge of and proficiency with altered states and spiritual emergence. Her approach is integrative, relational, and somatically oriented, in service of a greater purpose that honors each individual with the essence of clarity and love.  

Her eclectic background encompasses years of experience with exploring the Self through radical free expression and diving deep into her own shadow. Clara Rose has met herself in the darkness, thereby strengthening her capacity to support others, meet, hold, and move through their own with a lens of loving awareness. Over time, she has developed a dynamic skill set from education, mentorship, and experience in psychology & counseling, trauma-informed, trauma-supported, and trauma-responsive environments, psychedelics and plant medicines, shamanic practices and energy medicine, sacred sexuality and neo-tantra, transformational K!nk and BDsM, yoga training and meditation practice, and her personal favorite - conscious dance. All modalities serve a purpose, as they inform her work and attunement towards those she is in service to. 

Clara Rose is experienced in initiating supportive, safe, and consent forward containers to invite the path of least resistance towards present challenges. In practice, she utilizes several approaches informed by her background mentioned above, including: Emotional awareness through somatic embodiment, energy medicine, internal family systems/parts work, mindfulness, breath work, visual journeys, and the integration/harm reduction of altered states. The primary focus of her work is on the transmutation of blocked energy that holds hostage one's limiting perspective. Though challenging and at times uncomfortable, it is undoubtedly rewarding to fall into alignment with one's true and authentic Self. Her goal is to support her clients ease into fulfillment and elicit change by identifying the healer within as well as integrating the unconscious parts of themselves into consciousness.
